Shipping - Orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Actual shipping costs will be added to your order. No IMI handling charges will be applied.

Delivery - Most products will be shipped in 2 to 4 weeks from placement of an order. If you have special delivery requirements, please indicate them on your order and IMI will make every effort to meet them. In the event we can't meet your delivery requirements, an IMI representative will contact you to discuss options.

Credit Cards - IMI accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Your credit card will not be billed until the order is shipped.

Payment Terms – If you are an existing customer of PCB Piezotronics you can select “Invoice Me” and we will process your order at the payment terms on your existing account. For new customers that prefer open terms we will require 3 credit references and a bank reference to establish payment terms of net 30.

Order Acknowledgement - An e-mail will be sent to you acknowledging your order and confirming delivery. Please allow 1 to 2 working days.

Export Outside of Country of Registration: The United States Government has a wide variety of controls over the export of products manufactured in the U.S. In order to ensure compliance with these regulations, you must contact IMI before temporarily or permanently exporting these products to any other country. For more information on export controls and export outside of the NAFTA countries, contact IMI and/or see the U.S. Commerce Department website at www.bxa.doc.gov

Shipping, Handling, Duties, and Brokerage - You have the option of either using IMI's standard shipping arrangements, or you can specify your preferred carrier. If you choose IMI's standard shipping arrangements, we will ship DDU (Your shipping address, as per Incoterms 2000) via Emery Worldwide Express directly to your door. The shipping cost and customs brokerage fees will be prepaid and added to your bill. The exact amount to be billed will be identified in your order confirmation. Import duties and any VAT will not be prepaid and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Please Note: Shipping and handling costs include standard shipping documentation such as invoicing and packing list. Any special documentation required must be identified at the time of order. There will be a "Special Instructions" box to list any special documentation needed. The price for special documentation will be listed on your order confirmation and will be billed at our cost. 

Alternatively, you may choose your own carrier. In that case, we will ship FCA - Loaded (Depew, NY, as per Incoterms 2000). Just provide your carrier and collect account number. You will be billed directly by the carrier for shipping, customs clearance, duties, and VAT. In addition, you have the opportunity to select the level of service you would like to receive from that carrier, as well as the broker you would like to use to clear the products through customs. If the level of service is not specified, IMI will use the level that is most economical. Additionally, the "Special Instructions" space may be used to indicate any special documentation requirements.
